Please complete this form if you are applying for COR Organic Certification as a Crop or Livestock Producer, a Processor or for Packaging and Labelling.Please complete this form if you are applying for an Attestation of Organic Compliance as an Importer, Distributor, or a Service Provider (such as Slaughter, Custom processing or Custom packaging).

Distributors & Importers

  • If your operation is 100% cross docking only – the distribution of organic products would be covered by an Attestation of Organic Compliance.
  • If your distribution operation includes repackaging or labelling of organic products you must apply for Organic Certification for those products.

It is advisable to have knowledge of the Canadian Organic Standards prior to applying for the Initial Certification or an Attestation of Compliance as the standards form part of your operational systems plan. (PDF copies of CAN/CGSB 32-310 and 32-311 – 2020) and the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) Part 13 will be available on your Dashboard.)
